In order to say thank you to our clients!
In gratitude for the loyalty and trust placed in us
We began going to the HERPAC cannery, where we witnessed the traditional butchering of tuna,
Ronqueo, a term originating from the noise that the knife makes rubbing against the dorsal
spine of the animal. We also visited the factory, where we understood the entire process of
canning and selection of specimens.
The second half of the day we sail aboard the Atlantis boat, with a tour included through
Breña Natural Park tasting the typical products of the area.
